Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do CGSN ser\u00e1 publicada em edi\u00e7\u00e3o extra desta sexta-feira (31)<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">O Comit\u00ea Gestor do Simples Nacional (CGSN) decidiu prorrogar para 1\u00ba de setembro de 2023 o in\u00edcio do prazo da obrigatoriedade da emiss\u00e3o da Nota Fiscal de Servi\u00e7os eletr\u00f4nica (NFS-e) que estava prevista para o pr\u00f3ximo dia 3 de abril.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">A Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do CGSN tamb\u00e9m atualiza as normas que tratam da transa\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria no \u00e2mbito do Simples Nacional.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Pela nova regra, d\u00e9bitos que estejam em contencioso administrativo fiscal nas fazendas federal, estadual, municipal e distrital poder\u00e3o ser transacionados.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Ser\u00e1 permitida tamb\u00e9m a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de precat\u00f3rios ou direito credit\u00f3rio, que j\u00e1 tenham senten\u00e7a transitada e julgada, para amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o da d\u00edvida tribut\u00e1ria principal, juros e multa, desde que o valor a ser utilizado seja de cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios do pr\u00f3prio devedor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">A Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CGSN ser\u00e1 publicada em edi\u00e7\u00e3o extra do Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o desta sexta-feira (31).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Microempreendedores Individuais ter\u00e3o at\u00e9 setembro de 2023 para se adequarem \u00e0 obriga\u00e7\u00e3o.
